Chris is a financial planning professional with over 15 years of industry experience. Throughout his career, he has focused on helping pre- and post-retirees achieve their financial goals in retirement.

After 5 years as a practising financial planner, Chris found greater fulfillment in the strategic side of financial planning and operated an outsource solution for financial advisers with high and ultra-high net worth clients.

During this time, Chris also founded SuperGuy.com.au in 2014, which has since become one of Australia’s most popular go-to resources for information on superannuation and retirement planning.

Chris has been actively involved in the industry, sitting on the QLD committee of the Self-Managed Super Fund Association and working with some of Australia’s top superannuation lawyers, accountants, and financial planners.

Chris’s expertise has been recognised by the industry, as his research paper has been published in one of Australia’s leading tax journals.

In 2019, Chris teamed up with Shane to establish Toro Wealth, with the desire to help clients achieve financial security and peace of mind in their retirement years.

Chris’s extensive experience and commitment to his clients make him an invaluable resource in the financial planning industry.

Outside of work Chris can be found spending hours at the beach with his wife and two boys. He enjoys tennis, touch footy and adventures near and far.
