In 2019, Shane partnered with Chris Strano to establish Toro Wealth, with the desire to help clients successfully transition into retirement.

Outside of work, Shane loves nothing more than spending time on the cricket pitch with his son, James. He is also an active volunteer at the local surf life-saving club, where he enjoys giving back to the community.
